Project Happiness is a program conducted by our seniors in medical school dedicated towards helping the orphanage by organizing a fund-raising event. From the funds raised, we were able to provide a more conducive environment to the children living in the home such as air-conditioner, beds, sofas and stationeries for them. I was in charge of the food stall on the day and it was truly an enjoyable experience for me because I was able to interact with many children. Our food was selling fast especially the corn. I was fortunate to be cooperating with a bunch of amazing team mates who did not hesitate to help out when help was needed. All in all, it was a truly amazing experience for me because it is very refreshing to be doing something else outside the scope of our studies.  I do hope that the juniors will continue this fund-raising event as a legacy because it is done for a good cause.
